Our job is simply to make this process as easy and efficient as possible so you can concentrate on the most important aspects of your milestone event.

  • Step 1

    Complete the Room Block Request-ionnaire to tell us about your Big Day! It's quick and easy- we promise!

  • Step 2

    Your personal room block expert will contact you within 48 hours to confirm all the information you provided, and then we will get to work on a customized proposal to fit your needs. All blocks are specific to your requests and managed by our in-house team— no call centers or computer algorithms!

  • Step 3

    You let us know your final decision(s) and we send you over any necessary hotel paper work.

  • Step 4

    Once the block(s) are confirmed, we send you the online booking code(s) or reservation information for inclusion on your invitations and/or website so your guests can easily book their way into your wedding weekend experience.

  • Step 5

    Virtual high-fives all around as you check one more thing off of your to-do list.
