Step 1: Enter your information

Complete the online Room Block Request-ionnaire to tell us about your Big Day! We are a team of hotel experts, not computer algorithms, so the more information you give us, the more customized we can make your proposal of options.


Step 2: We'll create a proposal for you

A room block expert will contact you within 48 hours to confirm all the information you provided, and then get started on a proposal of up to five options to fit your needs. Proposals take 7-10 business days, and are uniquely customized to your needs and fully managed by our in-house team of room block experts.


Step 3: You choose your hotel

You let us know which hotel(s) you choose, and we send you over any necessary hotel paperwork. We know hotel contracts can sometimes be overwhelming, so our team will help walk you through every step.


Step 4: Let your guests know!

Once the blocks are confirmed, we send you a link with the online booking codes or reservation information for inclusion on your invitations and/or website so your guests can easily book the hotels you choose.

There are no hidden fees or charges for using our Signature Service. It is 100% free to you. We are paid a commission by the hotels based on the number of rooms you use.
