How Our Journey BegaN
The team at Where Will They Stay has been booking hotel room blocks for weddings, conferences and celebratory events for more than a decade. After seeing firsthand the need for hotel room block resources for events and celebrations, we launched our service and have booked hundreds of thousands of hotel rooms for clients since.
Booking group reservations at hotels can be time-consuming, tedious and confusing for hosts and wedding planners alike. This inspired us to start Where Will They Stay, a complimentary hotel block booking service for every special occasion, from weddings to corporate conferences. We have the buying power and industry connections to provide every client with a hassle-free and budget-friendly experience.

This wide range of options ensures you have the power to choose the best place for out-of-town guests to stay for your special event.
Our Service Packages
We offer two hotel room block service packages to support your effortless booking experience.
Signature Service: Free
Our hotel experts provide customized block information and rates for up to five hotels. Your coordinator will research available options, negotiate room rates and manage all necessary contracts and agreements–free of charge! There are absolutely no hidden costs associated with this package and most of our clients sign up for this service.
Premium Service: $249
For hosts and event planners interested in more than five options, we recommend this service upgrade. Clients receive a report of additional hotels and can book blocks of hotel rooms at more than two properties.
